Hello,
i have one question. When i start my Deus Ex HR on Xbox360, and i try to connect to Deus Ex servers, the game tell me that servers are unavailable at this moment. This is the same three days when i bought this game.
Can somebody tell me where is the error? On my side? Other games have not problems with connection.
Thanks all!

Is this for the message at the bottom of the screen? does it say you need to connect to the network to see the msg? am guessing you are connected to live okay?

yes, it is exactly the message at the bottom of the screen. Say that: Deus Ex servers are unavailable in this moment, please try again later. But this is for three days and i dont know if it is normal. Yes iam connected normaly to xbox live, iam gold member.
Other games works normaly, only this one have a problem. I try search some adjustment in game menu, but there is nothing.
Thank you!

i've gotten this message occasionally on the PC version as well (i've been connected to the internet every time)
it only shows little adverts, like right now it's showing DLC advert, so it's nothing to be concerned about

Yeah, same problem here (posted in another thread). Other games are working fine, except this and Tiger Woods 12.
The only thing I can think is that my Gold membership was not active on the days that I started playing these two games. Since then, I've re-joined my Gold account, but these are the only two games that are showing as if I was offline. I'm wondering whether there's something in the profile and original save games that make the games think I don't have Live?
Can anybody at Eidos confirm whether this may be the case, and what I could do to resolve (hopefully, other than deleting my saved game and profile!!).

Its nothing to do with Gold, its entirely based on at the moment the front menu is displayed, that a connection has been made to our server.. The server hasnt had any downtime, but obviously as said before, the connection from your console to our server goes across a lot of points, router in your home, exchange in your street, ISP back end, etc etc.. only thing we can control is our server.. and as i said, its okay.. sorry cannot offer more help..

I have always had the server not connected message on my 360. And I have a good internet connection and all games run fine online... on both PS3 and 360... so I don't think this is a personal problem with users... IMHO

As i said the server hasnt had any downtime so if a successful connection is made it will display the msg (currently saying about the dlc). If you're not seeing it then something along the line is stopping it.. it COULD be overload on the server, but since the check is so quick i cannot see it being that :)

Yeah.. something is up... meh.. I know it doesn't affect the game in any way so I'm not particularly concerned... great game BTW... though that last level was pretty odd...

This may not help BUT try this:
Try signing into your xbox live profile in the dashboard BEFORE launching the game. I had this problem once, shut off my console, turned it back on, signed into my xbox live profile then launched the game. solved that issue for me.
Good luck!

Yeah I automatically sign in at dash before I boot a game, so that won't work for me... it's a strange one... I've got fibre optic cable/internet run through the same modem/router so I wouldn't be surprised if my supposedly state of the art cable/modem/router box is causing me the problems... wouldn't be the first time...
