Hi guys,

After much deliberation and forum hunting I finally managed to cobble together a solution to the stuttering problem that happens as new objects/areas are loaded. All I did was buy a completely new computer and, just like that, fixed!

CPU-i5 2500k
GPU-GTX560
RAM-8GB DDR3

Sounds great, was hopping it was an actual legit fix tho. You got lucky, most of us here having the issue are running good rigs fully capable of playing the game to its fullest, but we still get stuttering issue, we are not gonna buy a new pc just to fix this games stuttering, it might not even fix it, its just insane to result to that. The game is odd, it works for some people but stutters insane for some (with rigs thats basicaly overkill for the game even), its picky. Hoping a patch will be released soon.

What he said. The game stutters for those with monster rigs as well. This is no fix.

"Monster rigs"? Come on, that's a mainstream-level gaming computer... a new one, sure, but hardly what I'd call top of the line. It's not like you really need a great computer to run games these days, of course...

Still, I have a faster system than that and still experience stuttering and hitching, and I still get mouse lag (when using SSAO). It's definitely an engine issue, and system specs only contribute so much.

Sometimes i got some stuttering too... with THIS sys:

i7 2600k, 8GB DDR3Ram, GTX560ti

Well I dont think its a performance issue considering I have:

i7 2600k @ 4.2ghz
8gig ram
2x gtx 580 sli

getting up to 200 fps and I still get some stuttering especially around Detroit .
