Music volume is TOO low

Hi everyone. I have little problem with music. When I listen files in game folder, it's ok. But when i play is about 30 percent quieter than the original files. It's too quiet.

My soundcard - ESI Juli@. I know it's not for games, but I also switched to the Realtek (Onboard soundcard). Same problem.

I'm the only one with this problem, or is this normal? :(

I have that problem with the realtek and my philips headphones, i dont even heard a thing XD (too low). I have the control panel and the ingame volume on high of course.

I also try my USB headphones, same. I think it's a bug, but nobody pays attention. :(
