Lose added Augmentation for energy cells

Added more energy cells when I upgraded for augmentation. Shows on left top that I added a cell(red cell turns to green so I have 2 green now) but as I play I lose them and end up with my original amount ,one, all cells are red but first one . Must be a bug,what sucks is I wasted one of my Praxis points and I do not remember where in the game I used it to add a cell.

That's how it's supposed to work.

You start out with 2 cells, but only the first cell ever recharges. Even if you get more cells, you need to use energy bars to recharge anything beyond the first one. It's not really that useful to recharge multiple cells unless you need to use several skills shortly after one another, or one of the 4 special activated skills which drain energy over time (F1-F4).
