I've looked all around and haven't been able to find anyone else with this problem, but hopefully someone here can help with this. Just as the title says, the ironsight and aiming from cover animations aren't smooth, ever. It sort of jerks forward, stops then goes again, about two or three times.
I've messed around with the video settings, and they don't affect this at all, it's just as bad on the lowest settings as it is on the highest. My framerate is otherwise perfect except the occasional stutter which seems to be normal.
I can't turn off DX11, because then the game won't run, and I have the latest display drivers.
