Capped at 10 FPS

Bought the game yesterday and played for two hours, everything was fine, I was getting between 60 and 80 fps. I booted it up today and I'm being capped at 10fps. All my settings are the same and all my other games run normally. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. The game seemed fine for the first hour or so, and now I can't get better than 10fps. All other games work great. I've even tried the lowest settings and still only 10fps.

how bizarre.. have you tried select `reset all defaults` on options, see if that clears it? you not running anything like fraps are you?
