Blinking pixels all over people.

I'm getting tiny white pixels blinking all over peoples faces and cloths aspecially visible when I am having a conversation with people.

Steam Version (Even though I bought a hard copy ... ) Win7 Pro, nVidia GTX 570, 8GB Ram, Intel Core i5 3.3Ghz, DX11. All the drivers are up to date.

Can someone help me with this issue?

There has been talk of this before. I don't experience this bug but it is due to the tessellation option. Disable it and it should go back to normal. The developers are working on a fix.

You shouldn't have to turn tessellation off. Just change anti-aliasing to FXAA and turn tessellation back on. This worked for me.
