When A Stranger Calls (2006)

I recently watched the film stated above and thought that the ending scenes were a perfect example of the experiences the new Lara should endure.

For those who don't know what the film is about, it's a story of a young girl who is babysitting in a very secluded area and the story develops into how she is stalked via phone calls, to later find out that she is in serious danger. I won't ruin the ending but I thought it looked a lot like the encounter that Lara has the the crazed man in the gameplay footage.

That movie reminded me so much of R.L. Stein's "The Babysitter", yet I didn't see him get a credit as an inspiration or "based on a book by". I'm calling rip off on them. Just throwing that out there.

Ok...

Basically where she sees the stalker and he chases her around the house and she has to fight him off, I just thought it was similar to what the new game since they are of similar ages and neither are used to fighting.... infact the actress looks slightly like Lara

Wow that's different then the ending I remember. But, I only saw it once and that was when it first came out on dvd. Which was... erm... yeah, I don't remember. Hmm... perhaps a re-watching is in order.
