Where's The Key???!!!!!

Ok Guys and Gals... I'm new here, and to the world of "Hitman" but I have a question that has probably been answered before but I can't find it.
On the section Death of Hallene. or whatever the doctors name is, WHERE IS THE #&$*&$#^@ KEY to open the hiding place so that I can stash the body??? I have done this section so many times I'm seein' it in my sleep, but I'll be #*^$*& I can't find the key anywhere!!!
If someone can tell me how to accomplish this minute detail I would be forever Grateful.
Question 2: What is the procedure for getting into the .ini files to change things. I get into the program files but am unable to find the .ini file.
Ok enough babbling.... will be waiting patiently for a reply.

It's hanging on the wall in one of the storerooms on the ground floor, near where the one guard keeps leaving to use the toilet.

There's also a red hitman symbol signifying where it is.
