Exactly what I was saying about Batman killing people in early comics. He doesn't off them by shooting them mostly. He simply tosses them out of windows and such. I remember reading one of the first ones where he swung in from the window and kicked *snap!* that dude, broke his neck. I was like, wow. But, the guy did have a gun and would have shot him, so... Mostly, he just tossed people out of windows into "outer space" (how the writer described their decent through the air to the ground below from the high apartment building they were in, not actual outer space) lol
