Well, I hate Tomb Raider but I like where this is going. Maybe some gameplay vids will convince me to put it on my wishlist.
However... It's Square Enix publishing, so we're guaranteed to get screwed over with on-disc ULC & launch DLC as part of a so called 'special edition' or something.

Anywya , from what the press release says , this Tomb Raider game seems to have a bit more substance than the others , so it's all good i guess ... ... ... ... then again Dog Days' press release made the game sounded like an unmatched masterpiece of its kind too ...

But if there's one thing about the Tomb Raider franchise that i'm excited about , it's the Trilogy pack coming to PS3 ...

Speaking of trophies... I was finishing the Bioshock 2 MP on PS3. Two days ago I was trying to get from level 39 to 40 (8000 ADAM needed). First of all: this whole time, I haven't been able to play a single match without serious lag issues or without getting a host connection error or a PSN connection error. Getting the latter mid-game is infuriating; all ADAM gained (= exp) is lost. So what should've taken two hours, took five instead.

But here's what made me rage like a mental case: I needed 600 more ADAM to get to level 40. No problem, I was doing alright in-game. Suddenly I get a host connection error, which is fine because you keep your ADAM. The level 40 screen pops up, hurray, but suddenly I get a PSN error. Again. Return to title screen. No gold trophy for level 40, no platinum. On top of that, I never got to see the ending sequence (yes, there's an ending sequence when finishing the multiplayer, since it's story based.)
So what I did was: restart console, restart game. Try to get into a match, count on a host connection error. The Fony Failstation is good at failing so within 30 seconds, I got the connection error. The game automatically gives you 150-200 ADAM for just joining a match and with it came the gold trophy and the platinum.
Deleted Bioshock 2 from my harddrive, unplugged the internet cable from my PS3 and vowed to myself never to play multiplayer on PS3 ever again.

See ? i told you i was right to never touch multiplayer games , that way on top of all the madness in my life i won't have to experience all this wall smashing nonsense ...

Yep , i'm perfectly fine with my hard mode trophies ...
I'm ... perfectly ... sane ...


And i blame that ******* red ring , otherwise of course i would have bought 360 , no online no problem , better exclusives yes sireee ...

EDIT: oh yeah, on a more positive note, the next day I got the All Endings gold trophy and Heavy Rain Master platinum. But what the **** have they done with the new update for the game? Booting up the game now gives you a fugly 'Heavy Rain Move Edition' title screen. And the main menu is garbage. Deleted that update immediately.

Plus , word on tha streetz is that graphically the 360 version of Black Ops is three time superior than on the PS3 ...

**** makes no sense , the gaming industry failed big time when the last best looking PS3 game made by a Third Party developer was the soon-three years old Guns of the Patriot ...

Went to Game Data Utility, deleted 2.0 (1.8gig, I believe). There was another Heavy Rain file of 4gigs, which is the installed game?

And indeed , basically EVERY multiplatform that came out ought to be ashamed for not having created a graphically and audio superior PS3 version , la 360 c'est vraiment le baton dans la roue de la société , and in this case specifically , towards technological progress ...
Franchement , il faut que je fasse un film sur ce sujet ...

Anywya , i singled out Black Ops because all the other games just doesn't matter anymore with this game around ...

Saw them , along with other rounds , but It still doesn't change the fact that lazy developers who ports instead of making games for the PS3 killed the full potential of the console ...

Publishers who puts a release date deadline and money shortage are equally to blame ...

Because , really , might as well have Only One game console if the result isn't going to have such drastic differences ...
Not only will it cost less to make instead of dividing the resources on multiplatforms , but most importantly , everyone will be happy to play games together on one unified console ...

To quote the lad in the vids: the time for excuses is over.

Even if dev's put more effort into porting the games to PS3, there's still the retarded Playstation Home to dispose of and the rubbish online, the mess of a PSN Store and other dated online features to deal with (you have no idea how handy a game/party chat can be when playing co-op or competitive multiplayer). And a controller redesign should be on the priority list as well.
