Will Batman Arkham City use Steamworks?

Lara Croft and Guardian of Light , Just Cause 2 , Supreme Commando 2, Kane & Lynch 2 are all Eidos titles and they all use Steamworks .

I hope Batman Arkham city will follow as well and use steamworks instead of GFWL this time. Because Steam is far better than GFWL.
GFWL blocked me from buying BAA DLC because of region restrictions :/

It has been confirmed that Batman: Arkham City will use Games For Windows LIVE.

While Batman: Arkham Asylum was published by Eidos, Arkham City will instead be published by Warner Bros.
