Lara Henshingly-Croft

I have a BFG NVIDIA 7950 GT OC 512MB PCIE, and my computer is well above the minimum requirements for the game. However, I can't run it with Next Generation Content, because of numerous bugs. It works perfect in standard mode, and even has the wet, and dirt effects. However, I have found one strange bug, which breaks the realism. When Lara finds the body of her dead friend Sarah, it has no face. Her eyes, nose, and mouth, are replaced with black diamond shapes. If I turn Next Generation Content on, her face displays fine. The only problem is, when I move to the next area with Kent, there is a glaringly obvious floating rope bug. Yup, with Next Generation Content, the ends of ropes are not connected to their objects, hence 'floating ropes.'
If anyone has experienced this 'missing face bug,' or knows how to fix it, let me know. I find it strange how every other face in the entire game, renders properly in standard mode. However, the face of the dead Sarah requires Next Generation Content, in order to display properly. Very odd indeed. Until someone can figure this one out, I guess I will just pretend the creature ate her face.
