ShippingPC-BMGame.exe - Has encountered a problem(I tried everything)

i've bhought Batman AA on steam 4 months ago and never played because this error keeps appearing

I tried:

-Uninstall the game and download again
-Change the executable
-Verify the cache
-Download other vga drivers

i tried everything i found on the internet to fix this problem but it never works!:(

I've been having this same error.

It happens to me when I get to the next open area, after I defend the Batmobile. While I'm following the trail of tobacco.

I recently purchased from Steam during the sale. The game is awesome, until I can't play anymore. Then I have to play something else...

So, devs, if you want me to buy Arkham City when you release it, you better take care of this error:o

I've tried everything I know to try, nothing helps...I've googled, and tried everything the previous poster has tried...still doesn't work...

Hi ,I got save problem then I asked to steam support.
They reply the following:

"NOTE: If you are running in Windows Vista or Windows 7, please completely exit Steam, and right-click on the shortcut which you use to launch Steam and select "Run as Administrator." You may need to manually run secondary installers required by this game. Exit Steam entirely.
