trouble flying

Im having a hell of a time flying the single engine plane thru 13 rings!! Can anybody give me some pointers on this subject? All i can hit are the first 3 rings then i loose control of the plane. Any suggestions would really help. thanks

You dont need to hold shift when flying just use it to lift off and then release it also you can slow down with CTRL
