PS3 Youtube Problem

So, after I start a video and stop it, I press upload to youtube on my PS3 system.

Usually it gives me my youtube login to the account, but now it is just showing the red message "Uploading to youtube" without me uploaded it or logging into my youtube account.

Is there any way to fix this? It does work when I transfer to videos, but then I cannot upload it to youtube.

This has happened multiple times even after shutting off my system and returning all settings to default.

Damn, I have the exact same problem.
Saving to Videos works, but trying to upload to YouTube fails.
It doesn't ask me for my ID or a title for the video and just says "Uploading to YouTube" while doing nothing.

I tried to reset everything, deleted everything on the disk (save files and install datas) and tried again for the same result.

Is this an issue with the servers or do I have to do something with my PS3 ?

Is there any way to reset the YouTube account saved by the game ?
