So, I just finished building a metal casting furnace made out of a flower pot, concrete, and a bucket.

IT'S FREAKING AWESOME! The metal looks all cool when it's liquid and hot and REDDD.

Anyone else ever build one? :D Hoping to gain some tips from someone who might have done it before...it's a long shot, I know :P

They are cool right? I did some art thing that involved going out of school to use a big sized furnace. Everything is red and orange

Things got yellow and white after a while.

It burned through my steel crucible though :(
