Not getting milestones

I made over 5000 hijacks and over 500 double tethers.
According to http://justcause.com/?page=blogs/view&UID=44&BLID=188 I should get Grande Theft Auto and Yoink! milestones, but did not. Why?

I did it without any cheats or cracks or even game mods. Was playing in offline mode, though, for about a week.
If you think so many hijacks are impossible to do in a week(actually less, I had 1700 before), I can prove it. I found a legal way to do 200 in an hour. I can explain it or post video.

I got the same problem here.. I got 525 double tethers, but not getting the "YOINK!" milestone.

Also i have my account linked, unlinked it, linked it again. Cleared cache and cookies etc.

@Mastan; did you allready had a reply on your post and your complaint?
