Is it possible to do faction missiong after the end?

Hi, as the title says is it possible to do faction missiong after the end? Or must I do them before the "In To The Den" mission? I am asking this because I want to do all faction missions. Thank you and sorry if that is asked before.

If you complete the Story mode (7 story missions) you will go into Mercenary Mode. In Mercenary Mode you can still do all Faction missions, so yes.
