DirectX Error (PLEASE HELP)

[NSRacer]

I didn't had this problem before (i finished the game 2-3 months ago) but now after installing Just Cause 2 i get a very annoying problem. After playing for about 15 min the game slows down to 1 frame each 3 seconds and won't come back. When trying to quit i get this error
