Missing Water Tower - coords included

Greetings,

I am missing a water tower (currently have 220 out of 221), and I believe I have located where the water tower should be - however, there is no destroyed water tower model, which would indicate I have blown it up already. There is nothing there at all - no water tower, either blown up or in new condition, there is simply nothing there that would indicate a water tower has even been present/is present at that location.

The coordinates are: x:18111 y:15326

If someone could confirm that they have a water tower (blown up or new) on that location, or if a developer could confirm there is a water tower on that location (or not), it would be appreciated greatly and help determine if there is something wrong with my particular copy, or if it is indeed a bug such as the water tower being placed below ground level.

My copy of Just Cause 2 has had its integrity verified multiple times on Steam. All drivers up to date, etc.

I can confirm, that the game files contain a reference to a water tower at this location...
The info I have from the game files also indicate that it's bugged. There are 220 references to objects which trigger a water tower to spawn / be destroyable and count toward completion. The object at this location is just a reference to a geometry object with no other info attached. I think this location should contain a road side market but the developers forgot to add it (or left it intentionally)

... I have the steam version, too and am missing this tower...
