How do I unlock Extraction?

I just picked up the PC version & I think this is the most fun ever! Since I have just basically gotten to the free roaming part I was wondering how to unlock the extraction part of the Black Market. BTW, the Monster Truck is BAD to the Bone!

Just do a few Agency missions, it doesn't take much. I think you have to do the first two or something. Can't recall exactly.

Wow! I don't remember Extraction ever being locked. Maybe I'd just played it for a bit until I bothered trying to use it. Make sure you're not trying to extract during a mission, or when there's any heat level.

In my case, it unlocked right after I did a second faction mission which I had to complete before another Agency Mission opened up.

It unlocked for me after my 1st Faction mission (actually my 1st ever mission) for the Reapers (the research mission). I also was treated to 3 sweet helicopters to fly from the mountian that was on site!
