GPS Arrows Gone on PS3

Hey, so I just got the game yesterday for the PS3 and I'm lovin' it.

When I first started playing, any time I would add a waypoint on the map, these handy-dandy glowing arrows would show up in the middle of roads to show me where to go. Now they no longer show up. I've saved my game, reloaded my game, reset all the settings back to the default, nothing will make them come back.

Does anyone know how to fix this or if there is a patch planned to solve the problem?

I don't remember what I was doing when I first noticed it, but yes, I was on the road and I had reset my console a couple times. The crazy thing is, it's somehow fixed itself. I have no idea what I did, but they're working again.

Next time it happens write down what you were doing when it stops working and post it here. Might help others somehow.

i've got this problem to. It only appeared in the first or seccond mission and one time i played after 20 hours of gameplay. When I exited the game and loaded it again, it wasn't working again.
