Does anyone know how to purge the searches you have made on a search engine. There are over 100 searches in the 'drop down menu', and there's really no need to keep them all (since I can't find anything anymore on it).
I have done it several times, but I have no idea how I did it....

I could be wrong, but don't they disappear when you delete cookies?

Well, after searching with the notorious Google, I got the following info: Internet Options -> Content - > Auto Complete -> Clear Forms should do that. Check this URL (http://www.softlandmark.com/Cookie1.htm) for some applications that perform different types of clean up.

Thanks CyCro! :D
But the info is a bit late..... Just had a windows crash this weekend, and we had the dreaded 'format c:/' monster visiting us...... But it will come in handy after a few weeks...... ;)

But there is an easier way! I just don't know how I did it! It has something to do with right mouse clicking in the scroll thingy, but I have tried it and it will not work.....

@blondie: no, I just think it's really annoying....
