I got other ones if you don't like these....
Now that the technology exist to have more polygons, they finally have enough room to make a decent backpack.....
The backpack is in style with the fashion of winter 2003; the other one was too passé......
Since Lara's waist has gone smaller, and in the front department nothing changed, the pressure on Lara's back would be enormously great with the old backpack, so hence the new smaller one....
They found a way the dimish the size of the time-space-continuum in the backpack so it fits in an even smaller one......
The African tribes stole the backpack to sell on Ebay (they will get enough to feed the tribe for at least a year).....

I could go on and on but I've already made an a$$ of myself as it is, so I'll just shut up now...... *crawls back in the stable*

Thus everyone thinks you're trying to mimic Lara since she is so popular, and you get shunned by the community. She steals the identity you would have liked to have, and this awakens your feelings for the dark side......
So in order to get back at her, you make a pack with the Egytian underworld to trap Lara in a tomb, so you can take her place..... But your plan isn't waterproof (you didn't think of her resilience) and Lara escapes to the African tribe. When you hear about his, you quickly come into action, and gain control of the tribe. You force them to steal the backpack to mess Lara up mentally, since she lost her priceless possession, the thing that made her go into adventuring. And if this isn't enough you plot against her again by setting her up for the murder of Von Croy.... :mad:

This is what happened once the backpack was dropped down the well after Lar's swearing OH BUGGER OH BUGGER a plan hatched to try and get the backpack back. Lara hanged over the well she then lowered herself down further and I held her feet. Lara was feeling the walls but to are unfortunate luck Lara couldn't find the bottom and my hands were now getting sweaty I nearly dropped Lara into the well. Yelling I say I can't hold on. I pulled Lara up after she yelled back to do so. Need less to say the backpack is still in the bottom of that well and Lara's was in a major **** all day cause she dropped the backpack and cause I nearly dropped her. :D

i've seen kids wearing this new one in the malls and on their way to school. i'm afraid, ms. croft, that von croy tricked you into believing you gave up your old pack and he actually decided to keep it for himself, for punishment for your abandoning him when you were young.

or, maybe the old one just wore out from too many gunshots and swimming with a leather pack and so on. alhtough i can't imagine the new one would fare any better.

and as for the size and her "front department".. well, the old one provided better balast, so she wouldn't become top/front-heavy and fall...
