Very successful...I've seen this ALL over the place on all of the forums that I frequent. It is customizable, you can get any picture you want on there.

In France, we had this nice customisable video (edited by a TV Channel). The idea is to kill a friend (by sending a picture of his face to an agent) and then sending some kind of blackmai with clues to find out who just killed you.It's actually very well made, with 3d rendered faces. I think it's worth a try.
