I just installed game but when i open it to play after language choosing window it shut downs with message of that the game has stopped responding.:mad2: i am usin dx10 with all fully working nvidia drivers in message error detal is shown as

My pc specifications are:
Processor: Intel core 2 duo CPU E4500 @2.20GHz
Ram: 2 GB
Windows7 32bit
Graphics nVidia GS8400 (256Mb)

did you Downlaod it from Steam? if so try running verify Integrity of Game Cache. This will make Steam scan the game folder to make sure it has everything it needs to run properly. I had to do it with Mass Effect 2 as it crashed everytime shortly after the intro. Ran the scan and it works fine now.

Also your PC looks kinda weak...Windows 7 with only 2 gigs of RAM.. ouch. though it should at least run.

no i did not downloaded it i have dvd but i downloaded stream and add it into game list but it dont give steam check option.
