I've not seen anything on this I'm afraid, pity though, I'd have loved a few more tiles to complete my Resident Evil Mansion level.

You definately can't. Shockingly, the map maker has a poor tile selection.

Maybe you knew this, but just in case... Pressing X (I have the Gamecube version) will let you use the second set of tiles (#21 I think up to #30). Hope you didn't already know that.
