My FM trailer tonight or tomorrow [Archive]

Hey! The trailer AVI is almost completed for my soon to be released FM "The Abominable Dr.Dragon. YAY!

I decided to do it over because it had guitar riffs and what not and we don't want to upset the purists around here. haha.

So I made two versions, the second will have Garrett whacking bad guys and running away with loot while some electric guitar is wailing away or something. Tonight or tomorrow I hope.

I don't think guitar riffs would be too much of a stretch, considering the electronic, techno-ish nature of some of Thief/2's original music ^_^

That's great Chief and will be anxious to see your work. Not a Gold Hammer you say....well maybe not but I'm sure we'll be pleased with your first efforts and surely if you've got music/avi's, etc. working...it's got to be more than shabby, LOL :D

My advice - NEVER announce things online that are GOING to be done at such and such a time - almost always you're late and you've obligated yourself and such. Especially never do it as a weird means of motivation to yourself, such as "I've announced it, so now I REALLY gotta finish it!"

But I look forward to seeing it! :)

Well the AVI is finished but my 100mb web site is telling me I only have a 25mb web site. I emailed the support staff but no one's there. Hello o o o o o o o...
The AVI is 35mb. It doesn't tell you anything about the mission, it just gives you a mini tour of the place with music.

Oh, oh....the Trickster at work again I see :) Hope you get it resolved soon Chief cause I'm really looking forward to seeing some of your work! I'm on Juno's account at the moment on my other puter and I may get it downloaded on this one as I get better connection speeds :D 35mgs huh...must have a "lot" of music for that size file and curious about what kind of music you included ;) Ta and Good Hunting!

Hey Chiefdreams..Email me and I can set you up with a user name and password to upload to my site if you like..I have about 980 meg of free space still. Besides this will also give me a reason to make a page for the Thief section until I get around to moving my site over.

Thats because I just now got the file link setup..I work during the day..Yuck..but I am happy to announce that the file is moved and ready for downloading.
Just goto the Thief picture looking link from the main page..

Works okay here. The movie itself is nice. Although I get the impression that the filesize is far too big. (probably because of PCM sound)
