Annoying problems :@@ i need your help !!!!!!

I have the Lego Star Wars. Me and the other user of the PC, we played it but today when it is going to start the Star Wars Music and to appear the main menu then it crashes!!!!!
WHY ?!?!?! I reinstalled it and nothing. Please help me!
Also I'm trying to install the LEGO Star Wars II the original trilogy but it stuck to the "game.dat" and after some minutes it appears an error message!
