Can you please confirm the Grapple hook being, atleast, stronger in the full game to prevent alots of threads coming with the same questions all over anytime soon?

No, it's the same.

PC version will enevitably be modded tho so if you want longer, stronger grapling hooks go there...

If I remember right they said in Podcast 5 that the ceiling is the same as in the demo...

The grapple is stronger in the game it just can't be upgraded

The grapple doesn't snap as easily in the full game as in the demo. There are subtle differences all over the place between the demo and the final game.

The grapple doesn't snap as easily in the full game as in the demo. There are subtle differences all over the place between the demo and the final game.

While you're online MCM, could you give this a look?:


I'm sure it's been said before (but so has everything), but a change to the camera to allow you to swing it all around Rico while skydiving/parachuting would really make the game (and more specfically the PS3's video capture) so much more valuable.

I don't care so much about zooming in and out like most others have commented, but I want to be able to spin the camera around Rico. Why does it have to force you to such a narrow view and not let you look behind him?

My main point is that I want to be able to record something like at 1:16 of the No Ordinary Mission Trailer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Fm59LSmDc0). With a view of the explosion behind Rico as he leaps from the building. But, with this camera limitation, it's impossible.

It really lowers the value of the recording feature which has (or had) so much potential for being able to create some outstanding cinematic videos. I mean, it's better than nothing, but it could be so great with this simple fix. A patch perhaps?

Does this bother anyone else? MCM? Help?

Better camera and in my opinion corpses that last longer :D

I saw that the demo used an older code.
The new one wil be better right?
Soo, what changes would that make to the game?

Agreed, it's so annoying jumping off a falling crane and not even being able to see it, it's just stupid, you just end up thinking "Well that was cool... I think" and also being able to move the camera around when skydiving like in JC2 and just have the left analog or WASD do the movement, no need for the right analog stick as well as or the mouse.

Exactly! I'm just trying to enjoy the mayhem I created, but somebody put one of those neck cones they put on dogs to stop them from licking their wounds around my head!

and what about planes having a reverse gear? because in the demo u cant even go backwards with planes which isnt really gratifying. plz MCM confirm that u can reverse the planes in the final game:hmm:

My grapple is still weak as hell... :mad2:
