I decided to see if what people were saying about the ceiling being higher in planes were true. I can't really tell if it is higher if it is then its only a few hundred feet higher.

If you did it again both in a plane and in a chopper without moving around and just fell you could compare times.
you could also put a map marker down and hit the ceiling with both at the same spot and check the distance.

It would be nice if there was some kind of instrument cluster, then we could just check the altimeter.

how did you reach the bottom in just over a minute when it takes 3 mins from a helicopter?
does pointing forward the whole time make that much of a difference?

Put it this way, if airplanes had a flat surface |----- would they fly faster? No.

you obviously didnt play the 1st game....pointing your head downwards increases falling speed dramatically in relation to the reduction of area of drag....in the game and the real world....so that is a realistic element of the game.
too bad you cant really tell if youre still climbing.

I cut the video for length, but I climbed until every time I tried to point my nose up it would start to die and force the nose down
