Depending on the shipment, but you'll get it sooner or the 23th. Unless something happends unexpected. :P

i'm hoping for the 22 here in europe or sooner if i'm realy lucky^^

Usualy my blockbuster friend's receive the shipment on thursday, and the nearest thurday is on the 22.
I will praise the shipment

if you preorder via mail.. you'll probably get the game a couple days ahead of release.. but since its a steam game, the disk is next to useless.. steam won't let you install via disk untill official release.

If you want it ready to go at release, you'll have to pre-load via steam..

it's a pain in the ass.

Don't think you have to verify your game via steam, thats what CD keys are for.
