Is there a Set Location for the Rocket Launcher?

Just watched Trailer 7 out of boredom, and at the end I noticed Rico had a Rocket Launcher.
Now then, I've seen the Rocket Launcher in the demo before, but I was wondering if there was a set location where it spawns.

If you get your heat high enough, ground soldiers will start firing rockets at you when you're in a Helicopter.
Just a matter of killing them and taking it.
