I don't expect a lot of DLC for Just Cause 2, Avalanche seems like a release it and forget about it kinda company. Not that they are a bad company, it's just not part of their plan.

DLC is part of their plan and no the items will still cost in the black market

So in a way you're going to pay twice for the DLC: first with real money and later with in-game money. I love these digital times! ;-)
