Actually, I don't think I had a heat level at all.

I just ran it myself and found it with no gun a 0 heat. Stole a chopper and shot up the military base and at heat level 2, still no gun (I destroyed the first one I saw so it could spawn again).

Ran around for a bit and went back at the time with 0 heat level and gun was on it.

Interesting, because all the times I had it with a gun I had a bit of heat.

Must have been sheer coincidence.

It guess its like how the Titus ZJ spawns sometimes as either a cabriolet, soft-top or regular variant.

Forgive my ignorance, but where exactly is this car? I remember driving past it once before (sans gun) and thought nothing of it 'cause I was being chased by helicopters and didn't want to stop.

While neither of these sports cars were meant for the desert sand, the Garret Traver-Z seems to handle a lot better off-road rather than the Titus ZJ.
