no quads in demo?

at what heat does the quads if there are some on the demo ppl say there r but i havent seen 1 yet and i just wasted 30 min trying to get one to come

i saw loads when i went on a rampage in a helicopter, i flew close to the road and saw alot of quads chasing me

I believe its level 3 heat.

I found one near the edge if the map (yes, I drove it :D), it was driving at the time, as I'm pretty sure there isn't a parked quad anywhere. There is definately quads in the demo, but I'm not sure of any of the details to get it. Not sure if it was a police one, now I think back to it, that makes sense, as I was on a rampage at the time.

If you are in some heat, they will send quads after you. I don't know where i was but i think i was driving a motorcycle.
