Is the content that is offered for pre orders really going to be left out of the game completely ?(if you dont pre order) If so that's disappointing to hear. All the offers look great, If I have to choose one I'm most likely going to pick the hovercraft. Does anyone know if these offers are valid in Canada ?

they will be on XBL Marketplace, steam or psn dependant upon what console u own, later on, after release obv.

This is not official information but I feel that if they released all combined DLC it would be about 800msp (Xbox 360) But they probably wont do it as a combined pack because most will be buying the half they already have for full price. Maybe they will sell every piece of Pre order DLC seperate. That would be about 100msp each?
