Call on allies

Hello all.

First I just want to say that the demo is incredible. Day one buy for me. Just Cause 2 is everything I wanted Mercenaris 2 to be, and more!

Anyways. I'm just wondering if you are able to call on allies in the full game? I noticed some cars, and shoppers have seats for many more. They seem a little pointless if you can't fill them up with troopers ready to die :)

And one more question. Will you always be alone in the game, or will you fight along side rebels? I noticed at the end of the mission you got backup, but they didn't last long.

On a side note. One of my allies stole my chopper when I landed it. Sorry to say I had to kill him hehe.

rebels have showed up on many occasions to help me in a gun fight, i don't know what triggers them, but usually 2 or so dudes show up in a red military vehicle and shoot enemies with you, they usually leave after the wave of enemies has been eliminated.

Was it the reapers that assisted you?

Guys wearing camoflage and red face bandanas, fit there description?

If so its a bad idea in general, because there are 3 factions and there is only panays army, Ricos not supposed to be overlyhelped liked that, it makes the game appear to easy for rico, make it hard for him, hes invading a freaking country for effn sakes!.

IMO, it would've been smarter to have added a notoriety meter for the factions(so you would have an allied faction and the other two would be enemies), and you'd have extra enemies to face, and not just same ole panays army and the ninjas..

Dont get me wrong, i dont care what they do I love JC2 and im still gunna buy it regardless.

And no i have not tried the demo yet, i lost my xbox live lol.

if you hijack a "friendly" military/rebel vehicle with a rebel in it, then he will become a wingman for you, shooting nearby enemies and gerenally shouting abusive rebel slogans!
that was a pretty cool thing to see.

This game has so many innovative ideas(like the wingman lol that im glad made the cut.

I was in ontop of one of my factions cars, got in the turret and suddenly everything turned into an intense car chase! my teammates started driving faster (i think) whilst i shot the tyres of the incoming enemy cars :)

yeah if you get in the car with them, they will look for government people to go assault with you, kinda cool. i swear i heard one of them actually say something along the lines of 'lets go find some government scum' or whatever, when i was in their car.

A mod (or it's in the full game) should allow you to call backup from allies yourself! They follow you all around, you can order em to drive a car, etc. Would be so epic.

I swear I also heard some guy say: ''For scorpio!''
