Weapons always out!

This might sound like a simple aspect to the game that doesn't matter but is it possible to put away your weapons once you've taken them out. I've played the Demo and thought the game was amazing, I've looked around and can't find out if you are capable of holstering your weapons to run round without a gun. It's not a truly annoying aspect but it irritates me as much as it did on Mercenaries 1 and 2. Does anyone know if it's possible?

Just ignore it, I dont think that will be an option because the devs really wouldnt waste time on such a simple opinion.

if you run using RB (im not sure what that is on ps3) then it puts the gun away as you start running faster

Yeh as you walking just tap Shift key to put guns away.. holding down shift will make him then run

I honestly don't know why it irritates me i can live without it easily it would just be nice to be able too like on the original. Is there any way though?

i ran out of ammo when stunting on a car, two guys shooting at me...i couldn't do anything..

anybody know how to dual wield guns? the grenades are always on my left trigger..

Cant remember off hand what the key to `run` is on the controller.. but whichever key makes Rico start sprinting when held down thats the one to tap.. Is it RB on the 360 and R2 on the PS3?

It is RB but when you tap it he dives forward as some sort of dodge attack

You can also try switching to C4 after you unlock it. The detonator is very small thing in your hand, and you can't see it very well.

I assume you're on a console... if you hold the button (right on d-pad) which you normally use to switch between single handed guns instead of tapping it, you get both guns out and dual wield them.

EDIT: oh... and if you are currently dual wielding, press left on the d-pad to switch to grenades and the single handed weapon you had out before you switched to dual wield

Yes.. as i said. tap the shift key (the run button) whilst walking and rico puts guns away.. u dont have to hold down so he runs, just make sure he is walking and press the shift key once

Edit - just tried on the 360 demo and whilst he does put the gun away he usually then gets it right back out again. So it looks like the putting of gun away `always` is a pc only thing in the demo for sure (will check full game tomorrow)

I have found a way to put guns away on xbox. Its alittle complicated. First sprint then jump and grapple the floor and befor you reach the floor use your parachutethen go back on the ground and hopefully guns are put away. Hope this helps.

I like to holster my weapon aswell....

The sprint button he puts the weapons away.

Yeah i also discovered you can do so if you sprint then tap jump twice in a row

Try this on xbox. Hold the sprint button an do one tiny step.
