i see what u mean, its the same without the big pointy bits at the top. But u know although its a french bridge it was a british architect who designed it. Just a little bit of info to brighten ur day.

The one going across the river looks more like it than the one on the far right... but still it looks nothing like it... apart from the fact it's going across a valley

yer i saw the documentary of them building it , they had to slide the pices of road across from both ends , it looks similar as the one in just cause 2 but not quite , but it is still very impressive cant wait to do a bit of base jumping of it..:nut:

Yeah...im not sure what you are smoking...that looks nothing like the french one. It does however look like a stereotypical bridge. A simple, generic, video game bridge. Good job for imagination though!

But the just cause 2 bridge has bits conecting the pillars to the bridge the real one don't and I'm pretty sure any old bridge crossing a valley would have those pillars lol so it looks like a bogstandard freakin bridge. Also it doesn't have the top towers and it's a suspension bridge or cable stay bridge and the just cause 2 one aint.

Wait a minute are you talking about the one in the screenshot with the support for the bridge underneath the road being the same as the french bridge with all the support above the road?

They are in the same category of large span & height bridges, but quite different designs. The one in the screenshot is more old fashioned design, and the french one is much more modern.

They aren't really that similiar. I did some civil engineering way back ago and the way a bridge is built is extremely important. The bridge in the screenshot is a pretty standard one for a very high verticle bridge. Just because one feature is similiar doesn't mean it's the exact same thing. Like I said it's a very standard bridge design. Probably up there with the triangular design like so...
