they look pretty good. i don't remember gta4's explosions but i loved the xbox version of gta3's. they had some kind of neat particle effect

They have a nice effect but totally lack shockwave, they feel and look more like a ''special effect'' specially the bigger ones......car and RPG explosions are better in GTA4...

Haha! I like the random threads in this forum but let's get to the point:
The explosions look really awesome and versatile. I like the small fireballs (+ other crap) flying when something blows.
