Just Cause 2 Questions

Hello!
I've been wondering about JC2 (obviously like everyone els lol?) and have come up with some questions so if anyone knows the answer please let me know:

1. How do you order stuff, for example vehicles, from the blackmarket and does it use money? Is it free to order them unlimitedly (but with a recharge delay) after you have bought items from blackmarket?

2. Are there cool cheats after you've completed the game? :nut:

3. After you have destroyed targets like towers, bases, houses or gas stations, do they respawn after some time, when game is restarted or when game is completed?

It would be great fun if you could order stuff for free when you first have purchased them with money, but with a recharge delay wouldn't it? Also when you've completed the game wouldn't it be cool to use some sick cheats that gave you 99999 KG strong punches? XD ( oh look at them cars go fly ) Most importantly just to prevent boredom and emptiness out of the game, destroyable things should respawn when you restart the game (except the main mission targets obviously). :)

1. It is most likely on your select menu and it will probably a selectable icon there where you pull it up and you can order stuuff you've unlocked using $$$ as long as you don't have any heat, aka the army chasing you

for #3 on one of the podcasts the devs said that stuff that would give you chaos rewards for destroying it will stay destroyed the whole game while everything else will come back if you leave the area

That makes sense, seeing as everything marked with a red star means it's government property, therefore it should not respawn, as they are used to earn chaos and unlock black market items and missions

Crap, I hope they make infinite money cheat for it for us to use when we finnish just cause 2.
