you can see that Rico is standing in a harrier and the plane in front of him is very low so i think he was just in there and jumped to an other plane that was probably hovering.

No, this was in a gameplay. He just jumped on top of the plane then grappled to the next one..

yeah dude that wasnt a harrier that was actually a really small plane and you can tell that it wasn't hovering because it was catching up to a large passenger plane

It's the agency jet, the "Pelt" IIRC there was a review somewhere where the player described it as a black, sleek jet and it was called the Pelt.
