Metal Age question re Courier mission

In the Tracing the Courier mission I've taken an invisibility potion and run across the bridge and hide in the northeast corner but as Mosley turns right the game tells me I've died (the skull & crossbones comes up). What am I missing or doing wrong?

Thanks very much, Blackman. That's precisely what I failed to do. Once into the marketplace I kept missing her drop the letter and kept following her across the bridge and so on.

Now I've succeeded, thanks to you.
