Commandos II in Win7 x64

Commandos 2 won't even start.
No error, no nothing.

I use Windows 7 x64, and the "International Patch" dont work in x64 OS.

Today, I tried again, and, the game ran! o.O

I haven't changed anything. Simply ran.
