Throwing a bunch of icons from other themes and placing your own HD and SD wallpapers together isnt really "your" theme.

Offering to receive money for themes that contain content that you do not originally own (all of it -.-) is illegal.

I know you have agreed to do it for free after a warning, but dont think you wont get caught if you decide to provide services for a cost. Trust me, I noticed it, 100's of others will notice it as well (including the original owner)

Posting it on the playstation forums is another way to get in trouble (if those who read it also go on the jc2 forums, which im sure most do;])

So stay safe from now on, and only release content which is 100% yours.

Im sure there is a method, i personally havent looked into it because I dont own a PS3 atm, but when I do (march 1st or so) I will.

A quick googls search should give you the results you want.

Yeah, it MUST be possible somehow.. i'm not tech savy in that instance but i mean... the ps3 can run 80 clips in HD with full 5-1 surroundsound simultaneously... so its not a hardware capability problem!.

I just found out that to create a dynamic theme you have to have the PS3 dev kit, which costs something (not sure what)

And the themes dynamic method isnt an animated .gif or a type of video format, its an actual app that runs in the background.

The only way to create a dynamic theme is to buy the kit, or have someone else create it for you (that is connected with the kit)

yeah, most games have an applications that plays when you move the cursor over the icon in ps3. its similar to that.

And you need the dev kit because it needs to be signed by sony to play or something.

But i mean, you can run linux and windows on a ps3, so suuuuuuurely you can make some kind of code/edit the image code to run a series of pictures ( i.e a video )

A dynamic theme is made with a 3D animation not a ***** VIDEO and the ps3 theme builder ( if you've ever used one before only allows certain picture NO .GIF GOT IT I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING AS FOR THE OTHER GUY I ORIGINALLY MADE THE THEME FOR MYSELF. Do you know how long it take to resize icons? so to save sometime i used ones that where already made that i liked for SOME ICONS GOT IT rant done. :mad2:

Heres a thought..

Why dont you actually make your OWN JC2 theme, then you can ask for other requests..

Instead of slapping others icons and a few wallpapers and calling it a day..
I know you took your time on it, but not compared to if you were to actually make your own content 100%..

Id love to make a theme, and it would kick :) but I dont have a console to test it on so there would most likely be a few bugs or pixel off icons.

EDIT: Actually you know what.. Im going to give it a go, see what I come up with and ill show it to you homies. One of you can test it out for me and give me your opinions.
I havent done a PS3 theme in a long time so ill need to do some research.

I have a good idea of what ill be doing though.
