I'm sure it probably doesn't have clipping, but does anybody know if the grapple has a physical presence in the game? Say, there's a motorbiker coming your way so you set up a grapple between two trees and he gets closelined at high-speed. Is that a capability, or would objects just fly through the tether? Sorry if this has been asked before; I've only been lurking these forums for a few months so it may have come up earlier on, and this question was posed not too long ago in another forum but nobody gave it a straight answer, they just said 'Yeah, that'd be cool!'

Welcome to the fourms! No, I dont think it does have clipping unfortunatly. However why clothesline someone when you can grapple the car infront of them and make it backflip ontop of them!

Just saying there are other ways... XD

True, true...but with a game like this, its main asset is the number of options. And being able to do such a thing as that would add quite a few more options. Hmmm....just think, in the future, we'll have such realistic rope physics that if you fire the grapple at the spinning blades of a helicopter, they will get tangled, break off and cause it to fall to the ground.

would be awesome if you can do that :D from what I've seen you can shoot the grapple to a car while you put the other end of your grapple to a bridge, car stops immediately :D

The link has no physics. That's why you can't tether a wall to the floor (for example), because it would be useless. So expect the wire to clip trough everything

He's ****ed off because MyColdMan has said confirmed no VTOL (Vertical Take-off Landing) ability for any planes.

Ah, that, what HH said. We've seen that Harrier looking jet many times, and we (obviously) expected it to have VTOL, but it is just another normal jet, what is really dissappointing. And there's the zeppelin, wich finally is not a vehicle but some kind of aerial base or something like that.
